Our Inspiration and Vision

Behind MusicPay24.com and the Global School of Music Composition is Marek Maria Lipski, the founder of both initiatives. Together with a team of dedicated, volunteer teachers, they work worldwide to support and nurture young talents with all their expertise. Our core value is providing high-quality, accessible music education that allows everyone to unlock their musical potential, regardless of their financial background.

Both projects are run as a purely voluntary, private educational initiative. All voluntary contributions for our personalized songs go directly into maintaining this free offer and covering operational expenses (such as servers, sheet music, and technical equipment).

Important Legal Notice Regarding Our Status:
As this institute is conducted as a free, private initiative, we deliberately do not hold a state-registered non-profit status (no e.V. or official charity registration). Therefore, we do not accept tax-deductible donations and cannot issue donation receipts. Any financial support is considered a voluntary fee or gift (tip) to help sustain our voluntary educational work.

All music tracks created and purchased through MusicPay24 are entirely free from third-party rights at the time of purchase. You are free to modify, copy, alter, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display, publicly perform, sell, or otherwise utilize your music tracks for both commercial and private purposes.

Your Music, Your Copyrights:
You own the unrestricted copyrights to your creations. If you wish, you can independently register the tracks and songs purchased from MusicPay24 with GEMA, ASCAP, or any other performing rights organization (PRO). What you do with your music is entirely up to you.

Important Note Regarding GEMA / PROs:
As long as you are not a member of a performing rights organization (like GEMA), you do not have to pay any fees to GEMA for using your own works created here. This applies as long as you are the sole author of the works used and no participating music publisher is a member of GEMA or another collecting society.
